OUR MISSION
The mission of One Health Ohio is to provide quality, comprehensive primary healthcare services and improve the overall health of the communities we serve. A variety of primary medical and dental services are available for our patients.

QUALITY HEALTHCARE FOR ALL
To do this, we proactively create partnerships to coordinate community-based care, and develop innovative service delivery systems to ensure greater access to primary health and dental care for the medically uninsured and underinsured.

In 2009, we took care of over 80,000 patient visits at our three locations, representing over 20,00 patient lives.

OUR HISTORY
Since 1986, One Health Ohio (formerly known as Ohio North East Health Systems, Inc.) has been a mainstay in providing community healthcare. One Health Ohio is known as a leader in healthcare delivery because we are constantly responding to the changing needs of the community.

Indeed, much has changed in healthcare since 1986. However, we remain committed to the tenets under which we were founded — to provide access to quality medical and dental care services for all citizens living in the communities we serve.
